My New years resolution UPDATE

Hi Guys, 

One of my new years resolutions was to improve myself and this included me feeling better about myself and as part of this i have re started my diet more seriously as i hate the way i look with my weight. I am sorry that this is not a positive blog post but i feel like i should be honest with you my audience so i have decided to start eating healthier as i used to but i have been eating some rubbish recently because i have not been my usual bubbly self due to some personal things in my life which some of you may know. But i have today started eating healthier for lunch i had Turkey strips, Green Beans , Broccoli and also some mozzarella which was so filling and tasty. I am so happy when i am dieting and know that i am eating healthier. For anyone who is interested in what i am using for my diet i am using MyFitnessPal app and also for the exercising/ working out side of it i am using SWORKIT app as i am not a fan of going to a physical gym as not confident enough to go to the gym so i am doing it in the comfort of my own home. These apps were recommended by a friend and family member who has used them and has had success from the apps. I have already lost some weight and i have only been doing the diet for like two days so far this year but i lost a bit weight last year and i am more committed to keeping up with this diet and becoming healthier i also want to have more strength when exercises. 

What i find helps is listening to your favourite music. For example i listened to my Joseph CD as it is one of my favourite musicals and it includes Joe McElderry who for those of you that do not know i am a massive fan of his.
